ISO certification is a proof of conformance of the management system to the standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ISO is an independent body that publishes a set of standards for maintaining the quality and safety of products as well as efficiency of processes.

An ISO certificate demonstrates your credibility in the market. It assures your customers and clients about the effectiveness of your management system and gives a significant boost to your reputation. It sets you apart from the crowd and opens up huge opportunities for your business.

There is no fixed cost for an ISO certification. It varies from company to company and depends upon several factors, such as the size of the organization, the strength of the workforce, number of branches, the complexity of processes, etc. Usually, a certification body analyses these factors and quotes the price of ISO certification.

The global pandemic has moved a lot of activities online. Our auditors at Quality Sistem Certification conduct online audits by reviewing your documentation and awarding you with the certificate on successful completion of the audits.

To transfer your ISO certification, you may contact our team at Quality Sistem Certification. We will issue a quote for your transfer certification, by accepting which a transfer audit will take place either on-site or remotely. Upon successful completion of the audit, we will issue a new certificate that will be aligned with the existing certification dates.

To know whether a company is ISO certified, you may directly ask the company about the same. You should always ask about the issuer of the certificate as well as their certification number so that you can visit the website of the issuing certification body and verify the certificate.

There are basically three types of ISO audits: first-party, second-party, and third-party audits. The first-party, or internal audit is performed within the organization to assess the conformity of the organization to the ISO standards. The second-party audit is performed by an externally qualified staff/ firm to ensure that the suppliers are meeting the compliance requirements. A third-party audit is performed by the certification body, which ultimately awards the ISO certificate.
